Song Pro brings a UK developed alternative to using PowerPoint for Church presentation. The package is a song and Bible projection management system designed to work with projection equipment, to display all service requirements in an easy and convenient way.

SongPro is a PC program which enables you to plan and manage the projection of all service requirements including song lyrics, Bible passages, liturgical text, PowerPoint presentations, video clips and notices. The 'quick search' facility will enable the operator to quickly locate and project unplanned songs 'on-the-fly' as the worship leader is led by the Spirit or feels spontaneous or even gets a 'request'.

Full text-content searching of the songs is provided

Just type in any part of the title, verse, or chorus - it’s as simple as that! Songs may also be filtered by category,author and key.

The text for liturgy and songs can have mixed font attributes

(ie colour, bold, italic) on each line of text. This can be used to distinguish between leader and response text, or men’s and women’s song parts.

Text and images can be faded in or faded out

The background image library supplied with SongPro has been increased to over 200 images, and you may add your own images - JPEGs etc.

PowerPoint presentations

can be integrated into the service plan, and using the slide preview feature, the presentation can be started on any slide.

Planning made easy

Part of a typical screen is reproduced below - you can see how easy it is to plan your meeting - the list can then be printed out for musicians, leaders etc or emailed to them. New songs can be easily added and be available for immediate use, all without the need for photocopies, acetates, inserts or page re-numbering.

Show notices and pop-up messages

Eye-catching notices can be set up and displayed automatically, cycling through each one in turn and shown for a pre-defined time. ‘Welcome’ messages can also be displayed, complete with your church logo. Display a pop-up message at any time for that important nursery call or parking problem.

Your favourites

A 'favourite' facility also helps you with planning, enabling you to compile songs and other items you use frequently.

Automatic song-use monitoring

All songs that are sung are automatically registered, and when CCLI registration is due, a reminder will prompt you and a report can be generated.

Dual-monitor capability

Two video outputs from your PC are all that you need for dual-monitor use. The preparation screen on one, and the output to the projector. If your projector has RS232 (serial) communication, then keyboard control of projector functions (eg freeze/blank) is also possible.

Easy to import new songs

Simply copy and paste a new song into the database, or import a text file with a collection of songs.
